Happy first day of December! I was supposed to review this product before the holidays but things got crazy busy so here I am, ready to share a new, awesome product that I'm very excited to use more often in my regular workout routines.
Early in November, Elite Sports reached out to me to give an honest review of their Bulgarian Sandbag and I jumped at the opportunity. I love trying out new products, especially if it will enhance my workout experience.
The shipping time was super fast and everything was packaged nicely. I had to get some sand (hence another reason why it took me so long to review) but once I did, I was able to try the product out. This sandbag is great for weighted squats, lunge walks, farmer's walks, upright rows, bentover rows, weighted walks, good mornings, etc. I love it because it eliminates the need to carry dumbells or plates and makes these exercises so much easier.
You can fill the inner lining as much as you need to reach the desired weight which I love - up to 39 pounds. I'll admit that the handles were a tad difficult at first to maneuver but eventually I got the hang of it. As you can tell from the video, I couldn't wait to try it and didn't even change, haha.
I am very pleased with how high quality the material is and it seems that it will last a long time which is very important for fitness equipment. I'm looking forward to implementing this Bulgarian Sandbag into my client's workout routines as well as my own.
