I hope you are all doing well during this quarantine. I've been keeping pretty busy, though I haven't exactly been writing any blog posts. I've been working on some videos, cleaning, watching some T.V., working on my live workouts, and keeping up with clients.
My favorite part of being at home is that I get to experiment with various recipes and drinks. I've become a bit of a coffee addict, which is new to me, but I've also been eating so well. Today, I wanted to share some of the meals my family has been eating lately. I also wanted to share what I've been eating because a lot of these food items are included in most of my nutrition programs.
Speaking of my business, I have finally (almost) finished my fitness room where I'll be taking clients in-person. It looks so much better than before and there's much more space. I have a few other things that need hung up, built, and decorated, but it's ready for action.
What has been your favorite meal during quarantine?
From soft-boiled eggs on a bed of arugula and green herb mayonnaise, homemade chocolate granola with fresh berries, dill salmon, loaded cobb salad, homemade focaccia, to breakfast banana splits, these meals are simple, delicious, and full of healthy stuff.
