Monday Munchies – Breakfast Banana Splits

I am so excited to share this delicious meal with you! I've had my eye on this recipe for a while now but I've never had the proper ingredients until now. Now, it's one of my favorite breakfast options that will definitely make a reappearance in the Summer when berries are more in season.



Breakfast Banana Splits


Ingredients:

  • Bananas

  • Whole milk, plain Greek yogurt

  • Your choice of berries - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries

  • Desiccated coconut

  • Chia seeds

  • Hemp seeds

  • Honey, optional

  • Muesli

Directions:

  • Carefully cut the banana in half lengthwise. Plop a scoop or two of yogurt on top and top with your favorite toppings.


It's as easy as that! This is perfect for when you have company because you can set it up like a breakfast bar and have your guests build their own banana split. It's healthy, delicious, and looks beautiful.
