Best Jump-Rope Workout

I love jumping rope, especially in the Summer. It is a great way to have fun while increasing cardio and strength. This workout came from one of my favorite websites; Tone it Up. Give it a try this weekend and see if you like it just a little better than normal cardio routines ;).
