You have all heard it from me before. I've posted quite a bit, mostly during the winter months when cold and flu season is running rampant, about how to boost your immune system to stay strong against illness. However, this time I'm doing things a bit differently by providing you with a video instead. I'm very excited to start making videos for my YouTube channel this year.
I'm not making any promises because I've tried that in the past and wasn't able to keep up with them. This year, it is going to be a goal of mine to upload at least one video per month to start off with. With that said, I hope you enjoy my first installment of (hopefully) the many health, fitness, dance, and self-care videos that I plan on creating for you.
As I mention in my video, I specialize in PREVENTION with all of my students and clients. It's the best option to avoid illness and injury. I hope that these tips help you stay strong and healthy this season!
