I was searching through my pins on Pinterest and found this excellent idea. Cassie Johnston over at Wholefully posted this. If you're anything like me, it can be difficult to decide on what type of workout you want to do for the day. I have a whole binder full of great workouts but I can never make up my mind about which one I want to do.
This Popsicle stick workout jar is perfect for us indecisive people who need to exercise. Choosing your workout for the day will become easy and fun. You can either divide your sticks up into workout types:
Red - Cardio
Blue - Strength Training
Green - Pilates
Yellow - Running/Fast Walking
Purple - Super Hero
Orange - YouTube Video
Or, you can divide your sticks up the way Cassie did. She divided them up by parts of the body:
Red - Full-Body
Blue - Core
Green - Warm-Up
Yellow - Back
Purple - Arms
Orange - Legs
