Monday Motivation – The Best Workout Equipment for At-Home Workouts

Writer's picture: AmandaHowardAmandaHoward

If you're like me, working out at home is your favorite way to workout. Going to a gym can be expensive and intimidating. As a personal trainer, I love the fact that I can train clients in one-on-one sessions to make them feel more secure and confident.

I love workouts that focus on body-weight exercises but sometimes it's fun to use weights to build strength and endurance. It's also fun to use slider discs, resistance bands, and exercise balls. That is why I am compiling a list of the best workout equipment to use for your at-home workouts. These items are easy to find in places like Target, Walmart, or online. They are also easy to store. For this post, I'm using Target as my resource.

Marcy Mini Pedal Exercise Cycle ($24.99)

All you have to do is sit on a chair and pedal. Super easy and small enough to store!

Tone It Up Slide N Sculpt Discs (12.99)

C9 Champion Exercise Round Resistance Band 3pk (&12.49)

Ignite by SPRI Stable Ball Kit ($19.99)

Neoprene Hand Weights - C9 Champion ($3.49-$23.99)

C9 Champion Adjustable Speed Jump Rope ($5.29)

C9 Champion Exercise Resistance Bands ($10.79-$10.99)

Gaiam Restore Muscle Therapy 18" Foam Roller ($18.49)

What are your favorite kinds of workouts?

Do you have a favorite type of equipment that you prefer?

Have a fierce Monday! Until next time,

Amanda

P.S. I'll be on vacation for a couple days, so I will not be posting on Thursday. I will be back, bright and early on Monday :).
