Chocolate Fudgecicles

Good morning everyone!

I hope you are having a beautiful day today. Because summer is on its way (not soon enough), I thought it would be fun to share with you a simple and healthy fudgecicle recipe. These delicious, summery desserts have no added sugar, are paleo, and even have protein in them (so maybe you can enjoy them after a workout).

Let me know what you think, and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas, sliced and frozen

  • 2 cups milk (almond, coconut, or whole milk)

  • 1½ - 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds, nut or seed butter, OR collagen powder

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth, adding more milk, as needed.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze 3-4 hours, or until completely firm. To store, transfer to an airtight bag or container and store in the freezer up to 1 month.

Later on during the summer months I will share some of my other favorite popsicle recipes. For now, I hope you enjoy these ones!

Until next time,

Amanda
