I am very excited to offer my first giveaway! My mom wrote a book a while back called Stress Less Cooking. Often throughout A Dancer's Diary I refer back to this book for healthy recipes that you can build into your menu planning. All of the recipes in this book are some of my very favorites and they are perfect for your healthy lifestyle.
My mom wrote this book in order to help stressed out mom's who wanted to cook but found it difficult in addition to their daily activities. She also wrote it as a great way to aid my grandmother, Dr. Carol Perkins, with her patients and their healthy eating. She offers encouraging words and helpful tools to regain a peaceful you.
