Front Splits Fast Flexibility Program Review

I love finding new resources that will help me with both my job as a personal trainer and dance teacher, but also as a dancer myself. I spend a lot of time researching various products and books to make sure that they are indeed helpful and proven to be effective. One of the best programs that I discovered a couple of years ago was this flexibility program. I encourage you to check it out for yourself and here is why:

For years I've struggled with inflexibility. Sure, I can touch my toes when I bend over, but I can't do a split and my développés are low. Even though I stretched and stretched, nothing ever changed. It wasn't until I started doing my own research and found that flexibility doesn't necessarily come from muscular flexibility. If your nerves and fascia are tight and/or restricted, that can lead to inflexibility. The Front Splits Fast Program teaches how to release the nerves and fascia through massage and using certain stretches that target those areas.

For example, stretch down to your toes to test your flexibility. Sit on the floor and gently roll a tennis ball or foam ball under your glutes and the bottoms of your feet, relaxing your muscles and breathing. Now stretch back down to your toes and see the difference.

It doesn't happen that fast for everybody, but it did for me. I rolled my hips, glutes, feet, hamstrings, quads, and back focusing on each section for about 2-3 minutes. By the time I was done, I could almost do a full split! It was amazing!

The best part about this program is that it is easy to incorporate into your daily stretching routine and makes you feel so relaxed. Some of the stretches you will recognize as they are commonly used in Pilates, Yoga, and dance.

Overall, this is a great program that I would recommend to anyone struggling with inflexibility. It is perfect for people like me who have tight hips and snapping hip. I always encourage you to take care of your bodies properly and flexibility is part of that, whether you are a dancer or not.

I recommend this product to anyone who has a desk job and sits all day, to someone who constantly travels, and to basically anyone. It is important to balance strength with flexibility to keep your muscles and joints healthy.

Have you ever tried this program? What was your experience?

Let me know what you think, I'd love to hear your thoughts. Meanwhile, please check it out for yourself here. Happy stretching!

Until next time,

Amanda
